5. Be careful not to twist the truth or leave out part of it.
6. Don't indulge in little white lies.
7. Watch out for silent lies.
8. When you catch yourself lying, throw your mouth into reverse.
9. Talk to yourself.
10. Treat yourself when you tell the truth.

      These ten tips can benefit me by giving me wisdom on how to become a better at being truthful. it make you look better as a person because you can be trusted with promises and other things. people will look at you as a person they can trust on. for example you can use this tips in you are in a sticky situation and you want to lie remember step 8 and tell the truth.  for example with you are telling a person a story about something and you start to twist the story making everything bad and not truthful. these ten tips are important because you in to learn how to be truthful. you also need to have knowledge on how to tell the truth and avoid lies. i will cooperate things into my goals by achieving goal in a truthful manner. meaning that i will not cheat in order to be achieve my goals. i will also never lie that i accomplish a goal when i didn't. you should always tell the truth no matter what. this will insure that you become a better CTR person and this will improve you schooling a lot.
