reflection- what this means is that you have too be loving your self. you should care about  your self more than any other person does. you need self esteem in order to function and work in life. you must always be able to have confidence in your self. this will help you out in life. when you have high self esteem  your able to do anything in life that you want. you have the confidence to do something that other wont.  you have the ability to do great things if you have the confidence and self esteem to go for them. you need to see your self as a person that. you can apply this by doing things that you usually wouldn't do and test your limits. you must see your self in a way that makes you feel better. you need to have the self esteem to do things out of your comfort zone. 

the seed of creativity

"releasing you creative energy"

you must be able to be creative. you need to learn the ability to show your creativity in your work and in others work. if you have a project for science you must show all your creativity by using many tools to show it. you show also make your own things up no copy other you want yo make your thing unique. show off you creativity in school project. express yourself in the creativity of your work.

try to make your work appealing to others. this will catch there attention. you can u this skill by make a poster on mental health by instead of making the project boring looking you make it look cool. you don't make it boring and colorless. the more creative the more people will want to see it. no one likes boring work. thats why u you all your creativity in work to make sure that its full of life and colors. this insure that people will be interested

what this quote means it that you have to take responsibility for your actions. this means if you do something bad  take responsibility . don't blame it on others. this shows that you are not trustworthy and that you are not to be trusted. take responsibility for everything you do. good or bad. being responsible means that you should choose the right over wrong. meaning  you should

what this means if you want to be successful you have to have goals in mind. what this means is that u should always be doing things that are productive. you should always be doing goals. you will find that u will always be occupied. you will never be bored because u will always be having something to do. you will never ask yourself what I am  doing. the reason why you  wont say that is because you will be busy with your goals. 

the seed of wisdom

what this quote means is that you should have wisdom. this means you should have knowledge on certain things in life. you should make wise decisions that are going to benefit you in the future. you need to choose the right answer. for example if your "friends" try to get you to rob somethings you need to have the wisdom not to. you should learn that you shouldn't do that. 

the seed of communication

what this means is that you have to be able to communicate with others. you have to be able to work with other in order to achieve things. this skill is important because you have  to be  able to talk to others at work and school. the reason why is to get work done. for example if there is a group project you have to be able to work with the members. and you cant get work done unless you guys talk to each other so you can do your part if not you wont know what to do and you will be lost. this also applies in sport the reason why is you need to communicate  with your team members in order to play as a team. team work is a group effort so you need to talk to your team in order to work productively 

the seed  of faith 

the power of positive believing

what this quote means is that you have to have faith. this means that you have to be able to believe you can do something. you need to believe  that you are able to do good things in your life. for example if you think that you are going to fail a test you should think the opposite. you should have faith in yourself that you will pass the test. doing this increases your chances. the main reason to have faith is because you never give up. this means that you will always have hope and belief in your self.  never under estimate your self doing this brings your self es-stem down as well. you need to have faith in your self in order to accomplish things in life.  

seed 8 adaptability

turning problems into opportunities  

what this means is if you have problem in life don't make it weight u down. make it into something positive. so you make your life better. you can make your problems good. for example if you fail your math test, you can make that positive by learning from the mistakes you did in the test. so next time you have a test you know what to do. this means that you learn from a problem.you have to adapt to your problems. you have to find solutions to them. if not they will bother u. and if that's the case you will never be happy.  you 

seed 9 perseverance 

"the will to win is everything" 

what this means is that you strive for a goal you want to accomplish no matter what. you should always perseverance in school. this way you will always strive for greatness. you must always fight toward your goals because you never know how you can be to achieve them. you should motivate yourself in order to be a better person. for example if you are in college and you have a very important test coming up  and you been studying for hours and you still don't get it. you might feel like giving up, but this isn't the answer you should have the perseverance to continue working to your goals. you should never quite for your goal no matter what. always work for greatness. 

seed 10: perspective 

"happiness is the spiritual experience of living things every minute with love, grace, and gratitude" 

what this means is that you should view things in a good manner. you should have a idea of what you want in life. you should always be planning ahead of time.  we need to have a wide perspective of the world. this means we have to view it in many ways. we need to understand the worlds countries are not all the same. the way you view somethings may not be the same as someone else. we all have different view of the world. some are good and some are bad.

i believe that we should use all these seeds in our daily life. these ten seed s show us how to be better people.the seed of greatness teaches us  to love yourself.  the seed of creativity shows us how to be creative in our life. the seed of responsibility shows us how to be responsible in life meaning we take action in good or bad ways.the seed of purpose teaches us how to  find our purpose in life your to make one. the seed of wisdom shows us how to make good choices  in life. the seed of communication teaches us how to be effective communicators. the seed of faith shows us to always have faith in your self to make good things in life. the seed of  adaptability shows us that we have to be able to adapt in new environments. the seed of perseverance show us how to be a non quitting person meaning you never quit. the seed of perspective
